<p>私のように<strong>週末しかサーフィンに行けない</strong>方や<strong>中々海に行く時間がなくて</strong>中々上達出来ないという方いらっしゃいませんか？</p>
<p>今回はそんな方々に向け、これまで私が行って実際に効果を感じた、<span class="marker2"><strong>海に行かなくても出来るトレーニング</strong></span>をご紹介していきたいと思います</p>
<h2>トレーニング方法とは？</h2>
<p>トレーニング方法は3つです！</p>

<p>まずご紹介するのが<span class="marker2"><strong>筋力トレーニング</strong></span>です</p>
<p>夜でも雨でも、いつでも出来るトレーニングですがかなり効果が感じられます！</p>
<p>特に私がオススメするのが<strong>腕立て伏せ</strong>です</p>
<p>サーフィンではかなり腕を使いますので非常に効果的で、実際に<span style="text-decoration: underline;">テイクオフが速くなった</span>り、<span style="text-decoration: underline;">ドルフィンスルーが楽々出来る</span>ようになります</p>
<p>継続的に行うことで必ず効果が出るはずです！</p>

<p>海に行かなくても<span style="text-decoration: underline;">アップスダウンや、ターン、カービング時の身体の動かし方などが練習できて</span>、<span style="text-decoration: underline;">成長スピードがかなり速くなった</span>ように感じました</p>
<p>しかし、デメリットとしてはテイクオフしてからの練習がメインとなる為、中級者以上向けのトレーニングになるかなと思います</p>
